For this fifth week of August, we are bringing you a re-release of one of our best episodes! Kathi Lipp and Michele Cushatt get together to talk about practical tips for daily self-care for your creative self. Creative people have a unique set of circumstances for when, how, and where they work; and we need creative ways to recharge, rest, and take of our body and mind. Listen in as Michele and Kathi give six very specific, easy to do, daily tips that will fuel your creative soul including:

 

  • Get plenty of sleep (spoiler – 6 hours isn’t enough)
  • Eat a good diet (including water, water, water)
  • Engage in brain-free activities

 

If you’re feeling a little blah about your creative output, but a day at the spa isn’t in the cards or the fancy candles aren’t doing the trick; this episode might be just what you need to get your pep back.
