And then you actually wake up and you realize it was probably not the best idea. But this one was was, I think, quite quite important, and I just wanna touch on it. So the the idea I had last night was a title called, tell mates, tell me. And I was like, that's some that is genius."

And it is based on the conversation I had with a couple of you, as I said, whereby often you will take for granted how far you have come in this journey that we are going on collectively. Whether that is that previously you would have made choices which don t reflect your health in terms of things get on top of you and your instant reaction is to eat unhealthy foods or make unhealthy choices, that s drinking an excessive amount of alcohol, whether that s binging, whether that s even cutting food out. And now you just don t do that. Whether that is you are taking five minutes at the start of the week to take time for yourself to plan what you re going to be eating for the week, you re not relying on a stressful state as the week goes on."

Or whether that is you've been super consistent even though life has got tough. I feel like many of you don't give yourself enough credit. I had a conversation with one of you, and you will know who you are. And they've had a tough, tough start to the year, various different things going on with family, with work."

And we actually had a chat and we unpicked about a thousand different positive things, choices that they've made as recently as three days before we spoke, the journey that they have been on in the past year, things that they had consciously changed in their life and taken for granted. Actually, by the end of the call, we were laughing about how well they have done and how well they have progressed and how well the year has actually been in circumstances. I think it can be very hard when you are kind of, what's the word, see the wood through the trees. I guess when you are in the woods, you can't actually stand back and go, I'm fucking doing alright, you know?"

But what's more important to me is the choices that you are making and the habits that you're embedding into your life, and the changes that you're making day to day, week to week, month to month, which are going to have much more of a long term impact on who you are, how you're showing up for work, how you are showing up for your family, and most importantly, how you are showing up for yourself. Being able to I just had a call with a client who is relatively new and they are feeling really good about themselves and they have gone out and bought something for their holiday that they wouldn't have bought previously. And they are thinking about their holiday, about the choices they are planning to make."

"body": "It's those things that are so, so important because that's the difference in you making long term change and this being just this temporary chapter in your life that doesn't matter and then you end up falling off the wagon. What we are trying to do is we are trying to retune years, potentially, of unhealthy behaviours or unhealthy habits or destructive thoughts. And what we're doing is retuning them. And I guess the challenge is that when you make such focused, significant change over a period of four, five, six months, a year, then actually we still kind of feel that we're one step away from going backwards. And so this is why I keep banging the drum that it is so important that we continue just doing the shit."

"body": "We just do the thing. And you are all really good at that and I feel like where you are, a lot of you are very poor and where we need to change is you celebrate in how fucking far you have come. Celebrating those tiny wins when previously if you've had a stressful week, would have just turned to a bottle of wine and then smashed a bottle away of wine into your face and then had a bloody pizza, and then the next day, you know, have something else shit because you're feeling knackered. Actually, you've changed that. The amount of conversations I've had with both men and women who have said to me, I now feel a buzz when I eat healthy food."

And I know that it's going to impact me the next day and it's going to change my sleep and that isn't who I want to be anymore. And it's those tiny little changes. And that isn't to say that you're never going to drink again, but it's those tiny changes that make such a significant difference on who you are today. And so last night when I woke up and thought of that ground shaking title, Tell Me, Tell Your Mates, or Tell Your Mates, Tell Me, I feel like it had a better title, but it was something like that."

Because if you keep it wrapped up in your head, you'll never really reflect on how far you've come because it's just normal. The amount of conversation I've had with you all where you say it's just automatic for me now, talk about that. Tell your friends the journey that you've been on so far."

It's very, very, very rare and it's very, very unlikely that any of you have or will completely come off the rails to the extent where you've undone all of your work because you couldn't give a fuck because I won't let you. As long as you're communicating with me, I'll catch it before you've even considered that it's happening. And the more that you communicate with me, the more you share your wins, the more you share your challenges, the more you share your struggles with me, the more we can unpick it and the less likely it's going to be that you're going to unravel."

"body": "So I just want to share that with you. Just ten minutes ish. The other thing to say, I've been having a conversation with a handful of you, long term and short term. I'm debating opening up the WhatsApp group because I know that there are a few of you who are currently having kind of side conversations with each other and you've never met. And I know, for some of the longer term clients, you've definitely got value to add to others, to the new clients."

You know, like, I I want don't wanna miss opportunities for us to kinda share our wins because it's all one of good me telling you what to do. But when you're helping each other out, you'll see a bit of yourselves in people who are a little bit further ahead in your journey. So I want you to tell me how you feel about that. So how that would work is we open up the WhatsApp group that currently exists so that we can share conversations."

I think we have this amazing community, but we only kind of get to touch base with each other and share conversations and share stories when we're on live calls. I know a lot of people can't jump on those. And actually, I've said to all of you, you all inspire one another without even realizing."
