  1. Lookers – People who are "just browsing" and exploring interesting stores on the web.
  2. Bargain Hunters – People who are explicitly seeking out the best deal on an item they want.
  3. Buyers – People who already know what they need and want to check it off their list quickly.
  4. Researchers – People who have bought into a category/concept, but are researching the best options.
  5. New Customers – People who have visited once, didn't buy, and are back to learn more.
  6. Dissatisfied Customers – People who want to return something or had a bad purchasing experience.
  7. Loyal Customers – People who have bought from you before and come back regularly to buy again.
