How do you gauge how well your church's gathered worship service went from week to week? Whether you volunteer to serve with tech or music in your church's worship team or you run the whole thing, God has called each of us who serve to be pastoring His people through our service, but it doesn't take any delegated role in the service to start forming your own opinions and preferences about how it should go. There are just as many opinions about this as there are people engaging with your services, so how do you know if you're doing a good job? In this episode, Jeremiah and Ryan reach chapter 3 in their discussion through Zac Hicks' book "The Worship Pastor," using it to guide their discussion on why and how churches should create a philosophy of worship to help guide the direction of worship at their church gatherings.
