The Trellner Review

We review PodcastPlacer, an AI agent that pitches podcast hosts on behalf of a guest and charges only for pitches that go out. This episode covers the six-stage workflow, the rate card line by line, sending and deliverability, agency use, and the limits of the model.

  • Input — a LinkedIn profile for a person, a website for a business
  • Show database — 3.4 million podcasts with contact emails, inactive and thin shows filtered out
  • Reply handling — the agent answers hosts from preset guest facts and books the date; unknowns come back to the user
  • Rate card — $0.10 per sent pitch, $0 for show and contact discovery, $10 starting credit, $10 or $50 top-ups
  • Controls — daily budget cap, one-click pause, show list and three sample pitches before sending
  • Sending — authenticated pre-warmed inbox pool, one inbox per show, never the user's own domain
  • Agencies — one project per client, no seat fees
