Making Contact with the Exile
This week’s teaching walks through how to approach exiles — the younger, wounded parts of you — with gentleness and clarity.
In this replay you’ll learn:
- How to recognize when protectors give permission
- What exile contact feels like
- The basics of witnessing
- How to stay unblended while approaching the exile
- How Jesus meets exiles with kindness
Why this matters
Contacting an exile is one of the most tender steps on the trail. When done gently, it can shift years of internal burden.
