The Otterpod

How much tech is too much tech? Join Oscar, Keaton, JT and Castor, as they unpack the intricate reality of tech addiction, especially its grip on the younger generation. They've all got stories—like JT's battle with headaches from excessive screen time. Yet, amidst the concerns, Keaton brings a fresh perspective by highlighting how technology can also propel education forward. We share our journey of grappling with excessive screen time and the tools we've discovered, such as setting screen limits and strategically using clocks, to help carve out a healthier digital lifestyle.

As we navigate through the digital age's rapid evolution, the future seems both thrilling and overwhelming. The Otters toss around the idea of tech's unstoppable progress, reflecting on how far we've come—from horse-drawn carriages to today's tech marvels. While a cheeky suggestion to blow up all technology sparks laughs, optimism wins as we ponder what the future holds. This discussion is both a cautionary tale and a hopeful narrative, encouraging listeners to seek balance between embracing technological advances and maintaining a fulfilling, screen-free life.
