There's a lot of things in our daily lives that give us that dopamine rush. Looking at our phones (TikTok and Instagram mainly, let’s be honest), going out with friends, and binging our favorite shows are some ways we get our fix. But what happens when we come down from the high? In this episode, we talk about ways we cope with the highs and lows of our day-in and day-out. Maybe the constant drip of instant gratification isn't good for us. When you try to take something unhealthy away, do you try and fill it with something else? What are some ways you fill yourself up? It's okay to say it's pizza.
