Perspective Xchange

The Death Penalty Debate | The PerspectiveXchange Podcast 2026 | EP 20 | Perspective Xchange is a political debate podcast where Andrew Dunn (democratic socialist) and Joe Pangaro (MAGA conservative) Disagree about pretty much everything.

In this episode:
Our hosts are both not really sure how they feel about this, to be TBH. Does the death penalty have a place in a modern justice system when other forms of prevention and justice exist?

They then debate political commentator Hasan Piker calling the US a “terrorist nation.” Is it justified to call the US a terrorist nation because it sometimes makes mistakes?

Andrew then brings up the fact that migrants don’t always get proper hearings. How does justice apply to them? Is that a form of terrorism as well?

Who is more responsible for cancel culture now? Andrew is adamant that the right has become the true crybabies, pointing to examples of people being canceled over their stance on Israel.

They wrap up the episode with their two recurring segments, "News That's Not in the News" and "What We Agree On," where they prove that even two people with vastly different political views can still find common ground... sometimes.

If you like real, unfiltered political debate from both sides, you’re in the right place.
