In the series, Naomi tells how, while working as a cashier in the Red Light District, she comes across the unsolved murder of sex worker Betty Szabo through a former police officer. What begins as a classic true-crime story soon takes a turn: it’s not the perpetrator but Betty herself who becomes the mystery. Who was Betty Szabo — victim, mother, dangerous woman?
