Hebrew 12:2 MSG
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God.

Matthew 24:10 says And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 


Luke 17:1 says this and this is Jesus talking it says Then He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no offenses should come..” 

Hebrews 12:14-15
14Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: 
15looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;

Luke 23:24 “Father forgive them, for they do not know what they do…”

What Jesus went through.

Hebrews 2:17-18 MSG
That’s why he had to enter into every detail of human life. Then, when he came before God as high priest to get rid of the people’s sins, he would have already experienced it all himself—all the pain, all the testing—and would be able to help where help was needed.

How do we forgive?

Matthew 5:43-44 
43“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor  and hate your enemy.’  
44But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,




We Bless Them. 

Luke 6:27-28
27 But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 
28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

Romans 12:14
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.

Romans 12:17-21 
17Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 
18If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 
19Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 
20Therefore, “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
