Magic Beyond the Books

Happy Halloween! Jess and Rene discuss the scene where Sirius Black slashes the Fat Lady (book 3, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, chapter 8: Flight of the Fat Lady - chapter 9: Grim Defeat). We talk about our favorite Halloween traditions, Hogwarts safety protocols, Argus Filch’s many job responsibilities, and Argyllshire, Scotland. Plus, we ponder what does Dumbledore actually know at this point… and what is he already suspecting about Sirius Black?
