Hello from El Porto, California, and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. We've been talking a lot about setting the tone for the day. And it made me think of a quote from Miss Dolly Parton. She said, do your best to be a rainbow in someone's cloud. I love that. It's perfect. That's the perfect analogy. Be a rainbow in someone's cloud. Doing your best to start your day off on a positive note.

Be self-aware if you're in a bad mood to adjust accordingly when you're talking to others in the morning. It's a great way to do just that. To offer somebody a friendly hello, a good morning, let them cut in front of you in line. Just something to help them get their day started on a positive note. And in turn, the helper's high kicks in. By helping them, you get a high from it and you help yourself. It all just kind of ties together, doesn't it? So get out there.

Be a rainbow. It's someone's cloud today. Be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other, and we'll talk to you next time.
