Then explores humility in the way Jesus treats people, including some of the hard-to-understand instances. Finally, observes Jesus and the Pharisees, and his tenderness at the cross, and his humbling himself to death, even death on a cross.

It is attractive when we see genuine humility in others, but how to discern pride and work towards humility in ourselves is often elusive.
