Kelly Knoll is a mom of two children, a teacher and certified sleep consultant through Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. Kelly hired a sleep consultant when her daughter Harper was 14 months old and the experience was life changing. She is passionate about a full night of sleep for the entire family! On this episode we discuss working as a sleep consultant while also maintaining a full-time job.
Kelly shares:
- The logistics of balancing her full-time job and her sleep consulting business
- Her decision to keep her business small, and the mindset work required to keep it that way
- Her decision to take a break from social media. After about a year in business Kelly gained enough traction that ALL of her business comes to her by way of referrals. She doesn’t miss Instagram one bit!
Welcome to Becoming a Sleep Consultant with Jayne Havens. On this podcast, I’ll be discussing the business side of sleep consulting. You’ll have an insider’s view on launching, growing, and even scaling a sleep consulting business. This is NOT a podcast about sleep training. This is a podcast about business building and entrepreneurship.
