Show Notes
Welcome to the Recruitment Hackers Podcast. A show about innovation, technology and leaders in the recruitment industry brought to you by Talkpush, the leading recruitment automation platform.
Hi there. I'm Max Armbruster, CEO of Talkpush. I'm a serial entrepreneur, a reader of science fiction, and now a podcast host. Welcome to the first episode of recruitment hackers podcast, where I will be talking with professionals from all walks of life. Entrepreneurs, talent acquisition professionals, thought leaders.
People who have figured out a way to make talent acquisition, a longterm competitive edge for their business. I'm not just looking for best practices. I'm looking for ways recruiters can help their companies win against competition. I personally got into this space because I thought that employers are making life way too complicated for candidates.
And sometimes for employers, it seems easier for them to make life miserable for candidates than to work on an optimized process. I will talk to people who took the time to make this investment into a better candidate experience and who were able to convert that into actual more revenue, more market share, and a competitive edge.
As I publish more episodes, you'll see a variety of formats from interviews, with thought leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists, people I've had a chance to meet over the years and I will add my occasional thought. And ramblings on some new tech or controversy, that is occupying the Talent Acquisition space.
My hope is that by having discussions on the candidate experience and the use of technology to improve it, I can help to pick up some ideas for my own business. And for you, the listener, perhaps also some practical tips on how you can improve your Talent Acquisition operation. Every company is different.
Every recruitment strategy should also be different. And it's all about picking and choosing the best ideas. I hope that you will find inspiration from these conversations and ideas that you can implement so that you can attract the right talent for your organization.
