Show Notes

About Today's Show:

Today’s interview was with Ashley Chambrello, LMFT. In this episode, Ashley shares her burnout story and talks about how her experience of it has evolved over time. We talk about how to manage burnout signs & symptoms on a more regular basis, which includes three levels of self-care (micro, mezzo, macro), as well as professional self-care around accepting your own limits, identifying the folks you work best with, and referring out clients who deserve specialized care from others in the field.

About Today's Guest:

From Ashley: "Hi! My name is Ashley Chambrello (SHAM-BRELL-O), pronouns she/her. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and brainspotting practitioner in Connecticut. I specialize in utilizing brainspotting to help clients, 18 years and older, heal their traumas, anxieties, worries and stressors.
