This week I am featuring Fair Oaks, an unincorporated part of Sacramento County.

Located east of Sacramento, with easy access to Highway 50…. Fair Oaks has a great community village area with restaurants, a performing arts theater, and a brewery….Fair Oaks also benefits from its location along the American River with rafting, kayaks, and walking paths.….. Fair Oaks is about 30 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Fair Oaks are about 25 minutes via the freeway…..

I selected Fair Oaks this week because only four single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 79 single family homes available in Fair Oaks which is the most May inventory in five years…..

What is Capital 5th Podcast?

The question is, are you considering a home in the Sacramento area but don't know where to start? Welcome to the Capital 5th Podcast, hosted by Ben Howard, a California licensed real estate advisor and third generation Sacramento area resident serving you since 2016. I intend to use this podcast as a tool for you to learn more about residential real estate in the Sacramento region.
