AI disclosure grew teeth on two continents at once: California's AI Transparency Act (SB 942 / AB 853) is operative with civil penalties from $5,000 per violation per day — and Midjourney reportedly still ships no watermark — while Europe's AI Act Article 50 runs in parallel. The obligation lands on whoever publishes the AI asset, not the model that made it. On the GTM side, Ambition launched Agent Skills to automate sales-management rituals, June AI came out of stealth with a $20M pre-seed and a marquee cap table, and xAI's Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0 crossed the latency line that makes voice agents feel human.
