सर्वं सुष्ठु

कदाचित् निद्रामग्नस्य पान्थस्य पार्श्वे स्थितात् पात्रात् कश्चन शुनकः अन्नम् अखादत् । जागरितः पान्थः पात्रे किमपि नास्ति इति ज्ञात्वा परमेश्वरं साहाय्यं याचित्वा रोदनम् आरब्धवान् । कैलासे स्थिता पार्वती पान्थस्य साहाय्यं कर्तुं परमेश्वरं वदति ।  तदा शिवः वदति यत् 'सः पान्थः तत् अन्नं निद्रामग्नायाः वृद्धायाः शिरोमूलतः अपहृतवान् अस्ति । अनुचितं कार्यं कृतम् अनेन इदानीम् अनुभवन् अस्ति' इति । तथापि पार्वत्याः चिन्तापूर्वकं मुखं दृष्ट्वा 'सर्वं सुष्ठु भवति' इति शिवः अवदत् । अत्रान्तरे कश्चन यतिः आगत्य वृद्धायाः बुभुक्षां निवारयति । भोजनस्य अन्वेषणावसरे शिवस्य मन्दिरे प्रसादं प्राप्य सन्तुष्टः पान्थः अग्रे गच्छति ।

As a traveler slept, a stray dog ate his food. Awakening to an empty pot, he pleaded to God. Parvati urged Shiva to help, but Shiva revealed the traveler had unjustly taken food from a sleeping elder before. Parvati remained concerned, so Shiva reassured her. Meanwhile, a wandering ascetic arrived and fed the hungry elderly woman. Later, while searching for food, the traveler received sacred offerings at Shiva’s temple. Relieved and content, he continued his journey, understanding the divine balance of karma.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
