Serabi Gold Plc is a United Kingdom-based holding and gold sales company and a provider of support and management services to its operating subsidiaries. The Company is engaged in the development of gold and other metals mining projects in Brazil and the operation of the Palito gold mine in the Tapajos region of Brazil. The Company operates through two segments, which include Brazil and United Kingdom (UK). Its gold production of over 40,000 ounces per annum is derived from the Company’s Palito Complex mining operations located in the Tapajos region, in the southwest of the state of Para in northern Brazil. The Company’s Coringa Gold Project is located only 200 kilometers from Serabi’s Palito operation and linked by a paved highway, and Coringa hosts a total gold resource of over 541,000 ounces. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Kenai Resources Ltd, Serabi Mining Ltd, Chapleau Resources Ltd and Serabi Gold Nominee Limited.
