In this week's live chat, Bek and Siri express their excitement for their athletes results over the weekend.

Siri also makes the point that sometimes you need to race even if your build-up hasn't gone well or you really don't feel like it.

Siri talks about how many people don't think you should train while listening to music but why she thinks anything that can give you an edge in training is worth it to get that extra training effect. 

They also answer questions about heat acclimations and training, hydration during training and where to put the fuel on your bike and salting prior to the race.  

Also, they go in detail about how to use the treadmill as a training tool for building strength, fitness and developing good technique.
