Nutrition Habits;
- Don’t Starve Yourself To A Result (too big a deficit KILLS energy)
- Protein at every meal
- Slow Digesting Carbohydrates (wholegrains, fruit, veg etc)
- Avoid Massive Gaps Between Meals
- Pre/Post Workout Nutrition (especially after harder sessions)
- Increase Water Intake (2-3 litres daily)
- Stick To Mainly Healthy Nutritous Whole Foods
Lifestyle Habits;
- 7-8 Hours Sleep Per Night (this is ESSENTIAL)
- Avoid Poor Sleep Habits (screentime late a night, eating 2-3 hours before bed, caffeine after 3pm)
- Avoid Too Much Screentime In General (too much scrolling kills energy)
- Get Moving (we create energy >> walk daily)
- Exercise 3+ Per Week
