S2: Sustainably Speaking Beyond the Aula

Welcome to the first official episode of Sustainably Speaking: Beyond the Aula!

In this episode, we are honored to have Rheanna Johnston as our very first guest. Rheanna is an expert in EU climate and energy policy and is a very active member of the IIIEE's alumni association, ExComm. Her passion for advocating for a clean energy future and a transition away from fossil gas has led her to work with E3G, a climate and energy think tank.

Rheanna's experience in climate advocacy extends beyond her work with E3G. She has worked as the European Green Party's Climate Campaigner, promoting policies that address climate change on a global scale. Additionally, she has campaigned for carbon pricing and 100% clean energy in Washington state and has also worked with UNIDO's Global Cleantech Innovation Programme.

Rheanna holds an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy (EMP) from Lund University as well as a BA in Environmental Policy and International Studies. Her expertise and experience make her a valuable voice in the sustainability conversation, and we're thrilled to have her on our show. So sit back, relax, and join us for an enlightening conversation on sustainable energy and climate policy with Rheanna Johnston.
