Being afraid of the repercussions of not losing weight isn’t going to make you thinner. Fear is a great motivator in short spurts, but it’s not the answer to long-term success.

This lesson is something that Carla had to learn the hard way. When she was laser-focused on just losing weight, she wasn’t reaching her goal. Restructuring from the ground up, Carla had to shift her goal to her health rather focusing on losing weight, and she needed to make herself her top priority.

Focus on yourself and draw inspiration from a place of self-love.
