“Cheers, it’s a privilege to be here.” Laurence McCahill’s response to my appreciation for the interview, but really, it’s his life philosophy. From his early days as a designer and agency co-owner to becoming the co-founder of The Happy Startup School, his vibe is curious, seeking, and available. And that’s not even getting into his colorful origin story!

What I most cherish when sitting down with people for a long chat are the things they’ve learned along the way. That’s where the gold is, and Mr. McCahill has plenty to offer. One story had me close to tears, which I’ll let the episode tell. It involved lifting a person up, both emotionally and physically.
