This week's episode is about the joy of bread.  We start our epic journey on the shores of an Icelandic lake where a very special kind of rye bread is cooked underground, in geothermal springs. We then cross over to Elizabeth Street in London's Belgravia to find out how Kevan Roberts of the Chestnut Bakery, was inspired to get into baking by the ladies of the WI.
