In this episode of "Soilent Green," we talk to Jim Ippolito, an Associate Professor in the Department of Soil and Crop Sciences at Colorado State University. He has earned a BS degree in Plant Sciences, a MS degree in Soil Fertility/Chemistry, and a PhD degree in Environmental Soil Chemistry/Quality. Join us as we sit down with Jim to discuss things such as best management practices for sustainable agroecosystems, soil health, and of course, poop!
