Inside Groove Podcast

They didn't call Chuck Ciprich "Chargin' Charlie" for no reason.  That man was a badass.  In the 1970's, a decade in which racing both dirt and pavement with equal skill was attempted by many but successful for few, Ciprich thrilled Northeast race fans with his exciting driving style.  He passed away recently in Florida, and this week's show looks back at a career that lasted less than 20 years but was filled with big moments in cars that weren't supposed to make big moments possible.  Our "What's In A Number" segment discusses the relevance of numbers 6 and 15 in Oswego Speedway supermodified history, and the 15's tie in to what host Tom Baker opines is Ciprich's Seminole moment behind the wheel of a supermodified.
