Summary

Sound of Sanity talks about saying goodbye.

Show Notes

In the era of Facebook and social media, do you ever have to really say goodbye? Well, yes, of course, but it's complicated, and that's the subject of today's episode. Whether it's a doll or a memento, a house or a pet, a friend or a family member, it's hard to say goodbye. Our heroes are moving from their hometown of many years to plant a church together, and they got to thinking about the right and wrong ways to say goodbye. This is especially complicated in an age where social media and modern travel give us the illusion (or is it?) that relationships don't have to change based on things like proximity.

This episode didn't really lend itself to including any skits, but you'll get a related skit next week featuring Andy Jukeman and Desmond Dark.

What is Sound of Sanity ?

“It’s NPR meets Saturday Night Live — for Christians!” Nobody said that, sadly, but if they did it would describe our show.

Sound of Sanity combines talk and comedy sketches, tackling different topics from everyday life, reminding regular Bible-believing Christians that we're not the crazy ones.
