Nicolai Grosell is a body-based therapist trained in the Core Energetics method. He recently co-led a retreat for couples that Lisa and her partner attended where he shared this revolutionary mode of healing which combines somatic, body-centered psychotherapy and spiritual process which seeks to release emotional blocks which are often held in the physical body.
