In 2017, Reality Winner, who was working as a military contractor, printed out a classified NSA document about Russian election interference in 2016, folded it in half, stuffed it in her pantyhose, and anonymously mailed the document to a news outlet. A new play called "Is This a Room?", currently running at the Kitchen in Chelsea, stages the verbatim transcript of the FBI's questioning of Reality, who is now in jail.
