Ravel

Welcome back to the Time Machine! Stephen's work schedule at his day job will be insane until the end of May, so we decided to take some editing burden off of him and re-share some favorite episodes from the archive, specifically suggested by members of our Patreon community. Today's nomination comes from our friend, Chad Eichorn!

It took us almost one hundred episodes to finally tackle the Resurrection. Josh shares how he's come to a place of this theology being de-emphasized in importance for him. Emily shares the Wesleyan position and makes sure that we're not talking about zombie Jesus. And Stephen struggles to let go of the physicality and/or literalness of the bodily resurrection.

What is Ravel?

We all grew up in different parts of American Christianity, and we still keep thinking about how to take it seriously, even as we leave some beliefs behind. Join us our round-table discussion as we ravel out our faith in a complex world, pulling on one thread at a time, seeking Meaning at the end of it all.
