I love facilitating those ‘aha moments’ that change mindsets and open up new possibilities. I am passionate about helping people, teams and schools figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there. I have had the most enjoyment when partnering with senior leaders and staff to drive results through talent and change management, increasing student and staff engagement. I am at my best when I am digging into a new experience where success is the only acceptable outcome.
