As other cities open up Covid-19 travel restrictions, Singapore (and Hong Kong) remain  strict, especially for non-citizens. But strict enough to make expats leave? Should we even be worried if they do? Is it fair for them to be so critical? Elsewhere, a seafood restaurant in Punggol allows customers to take crabs for walks before eating them. Nice gesture or marketing gimmick?
