The EMS Lighthouse Project

Episode 16

Show Notes

As a special Thanksgiving treat we bring a “Live” panel discussion featuring Drs.
Jeff Jarvis, Jason Pickett, Heidi Abraham, and Taylor Ratcliff. Skillfully (and tactfully) moderated
by the awesome Ginger Locke. Recorded 11/26/19 at the Texas EMS Conference in Fort Worth,
Texas. Topics include epinephrine and advanced airways in cardiac arrest, paramedic degrees,
intubation with paralytics vs “sedation assisted intubation”, whole blood, IV push nitroglycerine
for CHF, POCUS, and discussing clinical errors. This was a ton of fun to record. We hope you
enjoy it as much as we did. Happy Thanksgiving! If you like what you hear, please give us a 5-star rating on
