Good Questions

What if the problem isn't you?

Most of us are moving through our lives oriented toward the next thing to fix, improve, or become. We're good at it. We've built whole identities around it.

But the body keeps a different kind of record — and sometimes the most radical thing you can do is just stop long enough to notice it.

In this first episode of Good Questions, we start with the question underneath everything else: what if you were already fine, exactly as you are?

Not as a bypass. Not as a platitude. As a genuine inquiry — into where you learned to believe otherwise, and what it might feel like to set that story down, even for a moment.

Good Questions is a podcast for the part of you that already knows the answer, and just needs the right question to hear it.

What is Good Questions?

A podcast for the part of you that already knows the answer — and just needs the right question to hear it.
I'm Lauren Cestero. I've spent years sitting with people at the edge of their own lives — listening for the question underneath the question. What I've learned is that the right question does more than any answer ever could.
Each episode is a slow, unhurried conversation with one question at the center. About the body. About the nervous system. About what it means to come back to yourself after a long time away.
No fixing. No advice. Just a warm room, a bowl of something warm, and room to feel.
Here I am. And here you are.
