It's Thursday, August 6th, 2026, the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord. Today's presenters Pam Malinowski, the Integrator of Souls and Hearts, our parent organization. Speaker 1: For Matthew chapter 17, verse one and two, Jesus took Peter, James, and his brother John and led them up a high mountain by themselves, and he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light. As soon as I realized that today was the feast of the Transfiguration, I knew I was supposed to share the message of your potential transfiguration. Dear exiles, so many times you feel the weight of your burdens. It's easy to believe that you are your burdens. That just because you carry anger, shame, grief or abandonment that those encompass who you are in some sort of totality. It's understandable that that incorrect belief can be heavy and discouraging. Do you believe that you are shame? That you are anger? That you are grief? Because if you believed all those things and they're constantly rejected by your inner system as well as those around you, that can understandably be extremely difficult. But that's not the truth, dear exiles. You, along with all the other parts in your system, are made in the image and likeness of God. You are his beloved son or daughter just as much as your forward facing parts are that are more naturally liked and admired. Speaker 1: You are just as loved. But I understand if you don't believe that right now, because that just may not be your experience. You may. You may be used to being shunned, hidden away, ignored, because other parts in your system are trying to protect you from further pain. So how do you experience your personal transfiguration? How can you feel the love of God? First, you need to start within your own system, your innermost self, that part of you that is most recollected and full of calm curiosity and compassion is waiting to hear your story. When you feel safe and ready, you can share your experiences, your memories, your story, your innermost self will listen. We'll hear and see you and will have compassion. That experience becomes the foundation of trust within your system and of relationship and of love. And love is transformative. No longer will you need to carry those burdens alone. As you grow in interior integration, as you slowly start to experience healing, you will be able to release those burdens, often little by little, and then become transformed into what God truly intended for you to be. Speaker 2: Listeners are invited to learn more about the innermost self, which was mentioned in today's episode by checking out our sister podcast, Interior Integration for Catholics episode 158. Speaker 1: Let's end with our invocations. Our Lady Untier of knots. Pray for us. Saint John the Baptist. Pray for us. Saint Joseph, pray for us.
