PROSPER

Becky Curran Kekula serves as the Disability Equality Index Director at Disability: IN, is a TEDx speaker, and is revolutionizing diversity and inclusivity worldwide. Born with achondroplasia, the most common type of short-limbed dwarfism, Becky’s mission is to change misconceptions of those who have a difference by helping corporate America improve inclusivity for all. She is passionate about finding a way to change how little people and all people with disabilities are perceived in the media, which she says ultimately influences the opinions of society as a whole. Becky shares her story of finding work after submitting over a thousand applications and interviewing a hundred times and how these experiences further emphasized the need for inclusivity. Becky is the epitome of perseverance, and her path to prosperity is inspiring.
