菠萝蜜酿糯米饭
材料1
泰国椰子 1颗 (椰子水 300毫升 加 椰肉 140克)
菠萝蜜 10颗 
椰奶 1包 /200毫升
糯米 180克
盐 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
做法:
1. 糯米洗劫后加入200毫升的椰奶和150毫升的椰子水,半茶匙的盐后拌均匀用大火蒸25分钟,15分钟后搅拌一下,再继续蒸熟待用。
2. 菠萝蜜洗净后用厨房纸巾抹干后,一边切开取出果核待用。
3. 椰肉和150毫升的椰子水放入搅拌器搅拌成糊后加入1茶匙的糖,用小火煮开后待用。
4. 把蒸好,冷却后的糯米饭塞入菠萝蜜中 *饭的多少随意,这里我做了十粒
5. 把塞满糯米的菠萝蜜淋上椰子糊便可以开动咯。
