Nicki’s previous sector experience includes Professional Services, FMCG and Energy, holding senior HR roles with EY, Diageo and BP before joining Standard Bank in 2010. Nicki is a board-level advisor on culture and remuneration management strategies, organisation governance, diversity & inclusion, leadership and succession management, risk management strategies and regulation.
