As a first part of a new occasional series, we look directly at the digitalisation journeys and challenges of the worlds leading companies with their leaders. 

We start with Fresenius, a European multinational health care company based in Bad Homburg, Germany. It provides products and services for dialysis in hospitals, as well as inpatient and outpatient medical care.

This week, Dave, Sjoukje, and Rob talk to Ingo Elfering, Group CIO of Fresenius and German CIO Magazine's CIO of the Year 2023, about their complex, multi-threaded transformation approach.
