Beatriz Araújo is Senior Counsel, Head of Corporate Governance at Baker & McKenzie the world’s fourth largest law firm. She is based in the Firm's London office and has served on its Board/Management committee. She has also served on the Firm's global Board, the Executive Committee. She advises clients on Corporate Governance and ESG. 

She is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum and was recently promoted to Co-Chair, Global Future Council on the Future of Responsible Investing at the World Economic Forum.

She was awarded Euromoney’s European Women in Business Law award - Best in Corporate Governance 2018.  As well as the Acritas Star 2020 and 2021 and Thomson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer 2022.
