The long lens helps you with the big picture, understand where you are along your path, and help you avoid potential frustrations as you are moving forward.

How do we use the long lens? What can we do?

In this episode I explain to you how you use the long lens as well as the limitation that you have when you're the one evaluating yourself.

The word of the week this week is GROWTH. It is natural to want to grow and growing as a pickleball player means a lot more than just winning.

During the riff, I am going to switch it to the short lens because there's a place for the short lens and a place for the long lens.
