Freedom's Journey - Part 1

Living during World War II under the rule of Communism, being a Christian was illegal, but that did not stop Jacob Hiebert and his family, who, like Daniel’s three friends, said, “our God Whom we serve is able to deliver us” (Daniel 3:17). Jacob and his family were determined to follow God no matter what, and their heart-stopping journey bares the signs of the unmistakable guidance of God in a faith-building story of divine care. During severe trials and persecution, when life appears to be hopeless all around, Jacob’s journey to freedom reveals how we serve a great God Who is able to lead all those who put their trust in Him.
