What I took away from this project wasn't a preference for one technology over another. It was a firmer belief that sustainability products need to be designed as two products wearing one skin: an engagement experience built for a stranger with ten seconds of attention and an operational system built for a professional who needs trustworthy, continuous data to run a business.
