I'm a proud member of EO Dallas, the Entrepreneurs' Organization, and we have one of the most vibrant chapters anywhere in the world. A few months ago, I met Igor Vainshtein at an EO meeting, and we hit it off immediately. I knew I had to get him on the show.

Igor is a self-described startup addict. He's launched 20 companies, and not all of them have succeeded. In fact, many have failed. Today, he's here to share why failure isn't something entrepreneurs should fear—it's often one of the most valuable parts of the journey.

Jeff Crilley is a former news reporter, who spent more than 25 years in newsrooms across the country. He’s an Emmy Award winning journalist, who decided to make the jump from news in 2008, when he founded his own PR Firm, Real News Public Relations.

Today, the firm has more than 100 clients, and Jeff continues to tell the stories of interesting people he meets along the way.
