Our guest for this episode has been in the financial services industry in both Professional services and the Commercial sector for close to forty-five years. He has been involved with all types of organisations from listed companies to start-ups and family-operated concerns.

Paul Hilton is currently the director of Power Tynan, a professional service firm based in Toowoomba with offices in Stanthorpe, Roma and Brisbane. He also chairs the Withcott Group, Australia’s largest fruit and vegetable seedling grower, and Walker Wayland Australasia, an Association of twenty-five professional service firms in Australia and New Zealand.
