The world can be a difficult place, especially when you begin to think about how many people need help. While there's no way to help everyone, doing good each day, helping, loving each person you meet can truly make a difference.

Jesus called a tax collector to be a disciple, which can seem strange enough to us...but back then, tax collectors were considered scum, below human.  In order to do good, you first must see people as more than a number, then recognize that, while they are no better than you, you are also no better than them.  Know better, do good.
