This question – while common – is wrong. It outsources the responsibility to the people who are not currently in power. The accountability and the responsibility for more women applying and hiring more women belong to YOU.
The better question to ask yourself is: What do I need to do to call in more women?
I give you specific steps you need to take, including getting really clear about what you need to change to attract the people that you want to pull in.
